I received a confirmation email right after and another when it shipped, which was helpful. It took about 6 business days to arrive here in Arizona. The suit itself is pretty good for the price; the fabric feels durable enough for beach days. The fit was true to size based on their chart. I didn't need to contact customer service, so I can't speak to that, but the whole experience from browsing to delivery was hassle-free. Would consider buying from them again.
